SHIPPING OPTIONS

Currently, we only accept orders for delivery to addresses in the United States via FedEx. We do not ship outside the United States. For Overnight or 2-Day Shipping, please email us at ovakicollection@gmail.com. Items in stock will ship within 4-7 business days. Custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with shipping timelines. Complimentary FedEx Express shipping applies for orders over $750.00.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

All shipments will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Additional charges may apply if additional delivery attempts are made.
We are unable to ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, and PO Boxes.

PACKAGING

All OVAKI jewelry pieces will arrive in an OVAKI jewelry box or bag.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each creation by OVAKI is handmade with the highest standards, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order on www.ovakicollection.com. Please note that because all jewelry pieces are handmade, no item will be identical. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will gladly accept your return for a full refund of your purchase price minus any shipping or insurance costs, subject to the provisions listed below.

  • Item must be returned to us within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order. After 15 calendar days from receipt, items are no longer eligible for return but are eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days from receipt. After 30 calendar days from receipt, all sales are final.
  • All custom designs, special orders, and altered or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Item must be in a new and unused condition, without any signs of wear and tear, and include the original ovakicollection.com packing slip, and all OVAKI packaging and tags. Jewelry cannot be returned if tags have been removed. The customer is responsible for the condition of the item as received by OVAKI.
  • OVAKI will not accept any unauthorized returns. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Item must be purchased from www.ovakicollection.com.

Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please email us your Order Confirmation, and indicate the item you would like to return or exchange to ovakicollection@gmail.com. After submitting your request, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days, which will include a Return Authorization (RA) Form and a FedEx Return Shipping Label. You must include the RA form inside the return shipment package so that we can accurately process your return in a timely manner. The Return Authorization (RA) Form will have a unique Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly listed on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in its original condition. If there is any visible wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in original condition, the item(s) will be returned to the sender, and no return credit will be offered.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your return and will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the price of the item within 30 days. Please note that any shipping and insurance expenses will not be refunded.

Each creation by OVAKI is handmade, so please allow an additional wait time of 2-3 weeks for exchanges.
