LIFETIME WARRANTY

OVAKI takes pride in the quality of each piece and provides a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against any manufacturing defects for all OVAKI jewelry. Each OVAKI piece is engraved with a unique serial number and is accompanied by an Authenticity Card that identifies the piece. The lifetime warranty is valid only with the Authenticity Card and proof of purchase.

Lifetime Warranty is automatically deemed void if any work, repairs, maintenance, or alterations are performed by anyone other than OVAKI.

Lifetime Warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, physical accidental abuse and negligence, loss of precious stone(s), theft, fire, or improper cleaning.

OVAKI will assess the jewelry piece, and if the problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect, OVAKI will repair or replace the item at no charge.
